Witternesse : un cycliste décédé dans un accident de la circulation
Les pompiers sont intervenus ce samedi 14 février matin, aux alentours de 9h30 pour un accident sur la D186 à Witternesse.

La victime a été déclarée décédée sur place.

C'était aux alentours de 9h30 ce samedi 14 février matin.
Les sapeurs-pompiers d'Aire-sur-la-Lys et de Saint-Omer sont intervenus au niveau de la D186 à Witternesse pour un accident de la route impliquant un cycliste seul.
Malgré les tentatives de réanimation des secours et équipes médicales, l'homme de 61 ans a été déclaré décédé par le SMUR sur place.
La gendarmerie, le maire et les pompes funèbres étaient également sur place.
