Pendant les fêtes vous allez peut être mettre du genièvre sur la table. Parmi les terroirs de notre région, il n’y a pas que la bière qui occupe une place importante… le genièvre aussi. La dernière distillerie artisanale se trouve dans l’Audomarois, à Houlle. Et sachez que pendant les vacances, vous pouvez aller la visiter et découvrir les techniques de production.
