Un raz-de-marée de couleurs, de joie et de chansons… Hier, environ 70 000 personnes étaient rassemblées dans les rues de Dunkerque pour le lancement des 3 Joyeuses, le temps fort du carnaval, avec notamment le jet de harengs depuis le balcon de la mairie.
