Lumbres : « une première dans le Pas-de-Calais », des logements construits sur pilotis face aux inondations
Le site de la friche Leclerc a été inondé par quelques centimètres d'eau il y a trois ans.

La cérémonie de pose de la première pierre s'est tenue le jeudi 17 septembre.

Une résidence intergénérationnelle est en cours de construction sur le site de la friche Leclerc, rue Anatole-France.
Le chantier a débuté il y a trois mois.
C’est le bailleur social Vilogia, qui porte ce projet de 73 logements.
Le bâtiment comprendra un rez-de-chaussée avec trois étages et sera réservé aux seniors et aux jeunes travailleurs.
La résidence sera originale de par sa construction sur pilotis, décidée à la suite des inondations de 2023. Le président de la CCPL, Christian Leroy, en dit plus au micro Delta FM de Simon Soudain.
Le chantier devrait se terminer à la fin de l’année 2027.
