La Ville de Calais a dévoilé un ambitieux projet hôtelier et résidentiel sur le front de mer.
Prévu pour 2029, l’hôtel 4 étoiles comptera 140 chambres et sera accompagné de 40 logements haut de gamme, offrant une vue imprenable sur la mer.
Ce projet s’inscrit dans la volonté de la maire Natacha Bouchart de faire de Calais une destination touristique incontournable sur la Côte d'Opale.
