Le syndicat SUD dit non au nouvel accord compte épargne temps (CET), qui sert à épargner les jours de repos non utilisés.

La manifestation s'est déroulée de 11h à 14h sur le site d'Arc.

Non au nouvel accord compte épargne temps !
Le syndicat SUD est réuni ce mardi 3 décembre à 11 heures, à l’entrée de l’usine Arc France.
Une centaine de manifestants jusque 14 heures et une dizaine de personnes en grève.
La cause de leur colère : 20% de majoration sur leur compte épargne temps avaient été promis, mais la direction a finalement signé pour 10%.
Une décision jugée « mal honnête », puisqu’ils avaient mis leur cinquième semaine et leur RTT dessus.
Conséquence : les salariés auront moins de jours pour partir en retraite en avance.
Cette manifestation pourrait être reconductible, d'après SUD.
